Key West Chicken

 Marinate time - 6 hours to over night

  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP honey
  • 2 TBSP Veggie Oil
  • 3 TBSP fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 ground thyme
  • 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in a gallon size ziplock bag. Shake bag well until all ingredients are blended.  Add chicken and marinate for 6 hours or over night.
  2. Over a medium grill, cook chicken until internal temp reaches 165 degrees F.  While chicken is grilling, bring marinade to a boil, reduce heat and use marinade to coat chicken while grilling.
  3. Serve over Lime and Cilantro Rice and Enjoy.
