Marinate time - 6 hours to over night
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 TBSP honey
- 2 TBSP Veggie Oil
- 3 TBSP fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 ground thyme
- 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
- Mix all ingredients except chicken in a gallon size ziplock bag. Shake bag well until all ingredients are blended. Add chicken and marinate for 6 hours or over night.
- Over a medium grill, cook chicken until internal temp reaches 165 degrees F. While chicken is grilling, bring marinade to a boil, reduce heat and use marinade to coat chicken while grilling.
- Serve over Lime and Cilantro Rice and Enjoy.
