Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1TBSP Butter
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1 1/2 TBSP Fresh lime juice
- 2 TBSP Cilantro
Directions:
- Add butter to water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add rice, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Until rice in tender and fluffy.
- After rice is done cooking add in zest, lime juice and cilantro. Mix well. Serve
