Lime and Cilantro Rice

  • 2 cups water
  • 1TBSP Butter
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Fresh lime juice
  • 2 TBSP Cilantro
  1. Add butter to water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add rice, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Until rice in tender and fluffy.
  2. After rice is done cooking add in zest, lime juice and cilantro. Mix well. Serve
Makes 2 cups
