- 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 2 TBSP diced onion
- 2/3 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 TBSP rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
- Combined Mayo, onions, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and poppy seeds in a medium bowl.
- Pour dressing mixture over coleslaw mix and toss to coat. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Over night is preferred.
