Oatmeal Snack Balls

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup old fashion oats
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup or dried fruits, nuts, OR dried coconut (optional)
Directions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well blended and put in the fridge for half an hour. 
  2. roll into 12-24 balls.  It all depends on how big you want to make them. I used my Pampered Chef 2 TBSP scoop and made 18 of them. 
  3. Serve and enjoy
