Ingredients:
- 1 cup old fashion oats
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup or dried fruits, nuts, OR dried coconut (optional)
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together until well blended and put in the fridge for half an hour.
- roll into 12-24 balls. It all depends on how big you want to make them. I used my Pampered Chef 2 TBSP scoop and made 18 of them.
- Serve and enjoy
