Baked Chicken and Artichokes


  • 4 Chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (14oz) artichoke hearts in water, hearts chopped and drained with 1/4 cup water saved
  • 6 oz. egg noodles. Cooked according to package. (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Flatten your chicken breast to about 1/2 inch or so they are all the same thickness. Place in a baking dish.
  3. Mix together sour cream, ranch, Parmesan cheese, garlic, chopped artichoke hearts, and 1/4 cup water. Pour over chicken.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. 
  5. Serve over noodles and enjoy
