Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken breast
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 jar (14oz) artichoke hearts in water, hearts chopped and drained with 1/4 cup water saved
- 6 oz. egg noodles. Cooked according to package. OR Rice (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Flatten your chicken breast to about 1/2 inch or so they are all the same thickness. Place in a baking dish.
- Mix together sour cream, ranch, Parmesan cheese, garlic, chopped artichoke hearts, and 1/4 cup water. Pour over chicken.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
- Serve over noodles and enjoy
