Baked Chicken and Artichokes



Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (14oz) artichoke hearts in water, hearts chopped and drained with 1/4 cup artichoke water saved
  • 6 oz. egg noodles

Directions:
  1. Add oil to a sauté pan and cook chicken to 165 degrees
  2. Mix together the sour cream, ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, garlic, chopped artichokes, and artichoke water. Set aside. 
  3. After chicken has cooked, pour sauce over chicken.
  4. Cook noodles per directions. 
  5. Serve chicken artichoke with noodles.
