Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 jar (14oz) artichoke hearts in water, hearts chopped and drained with 1/4 cup artichoke water saved
- 6 oz. egg noodles
Directions:
- Add oil to a sauté pan and cook chicken to 165 degrees
- Mix together the sour cream, ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, garlic, chopped artichokes, and artichoke water. Set aside.
- After chicken has cooked, pour sauce over chicken.
- Cook noodles per directions.
- Serve chicken artichoke with noodles.
