Chicken and Artichoke Pizza


**Using Garlic Basil pizza crust from this site**

  • 2 TBSP Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup and 2 TBSP Ranch, divided
  • 1 -2 chicken breasts, baked and shredded 
  • 7 oz of Artichoke hearts in water. Drained with 2 TBSP water saved
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese


** to bake your chicken breast, preheat oven to 375 degrees F and put chicken on a pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. when internal temp reaches 160 degrees F chicken is done. Shred into big chunks with fork**

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2.  Mix together sour cream, 2 TBSP ranch, and 2 TBSP saved artichoke water. Mix with shredded chicken and set aside.
  3. Roll out pizza dough onto pan. If using a dark/metal pan bake dough for 8-10 minutes on the lowest rack. If using stoneware, roll out pizza and skip prebaking step.
  4. Place 1/4 cup ranch on dough and spread out evenly. Place 1 1/2 cups mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over ranch. Evenly spread shredded chicken, tomatoes and artichoke hearts around pizza. Top with 1/2 cup Mozzarella and 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake on the lowest rack for 15-20 minutes or until dough is cooked and cheese starts turning golden brown.
  6. Serve and enjoy
