- 6 pork chops
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- Cajun seasoning
- 8oz beer
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBSP cornstarch, optional
Directions:
- Season pork chops lightly with cajun seasoning, around 1/4 tsp each side (more if you like it really spicy), on medium add olive oil to a large skillet. When oil is hot add pork chops and brown.While the pork chops are browning in a bowl mix together beer, ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
- When pork chops have browned add the liquid mixture to the pan and cook on medium low heat for 20 minutes or until pork has reached 145 degrees.**
- Serve and enjoy
