Add the milk mix to the dry ingredients and stir the apples. It will be runny.
Line with Parchment paper or grease a pan no larger than 9x13. Parchment paper works best. Pour the oatmeal mix into pan and cook for 20-30 minutes or until it feels firm yet spongy.
Let it rest for a few minutes then cut into bars and serve. Great to also cut up and save in the fridge for a snack or a regular breakfast bar on the go. Good warm or cool and reheats well in microwave.
